I work for the Institute for Systems Biology<http://www.systemsbiology.org/>, a non-profit research institute in Seattle. We use App Engine to provide unified security and data integration for scientific research collaborations. Our traffic is currently under the free limit quotas but i'm concerned about any limits on CPU utilization (computation) and Storage (data, indexes).
GAE has become my preferred platform for application development and so I also use it for apps I build as a volunteer, mostly for community organizations, public schools and other non-profits.
