Stephanos, You'll definitely want to talk to a lawyer. What you are doing is different from what Brandon is doing. It's one thing to say you are powered by App Engine, and I would imagine it's something totally different to imply that you have any deeper relationship with Google (via partnership). I'm not a lawyer, however, so I can't interpret this for you.
