Yesterday I accidentally found that strange ip address "0.1.0.3" from 
blacklist page. Sometimes they are overwhelmed count than rest requests.

I guess these are from google internal servers, like warm up requests... Am 
I right?  Or maybe search engine? 

Does anyone know exact meaning of these requests?
