Hello Ken, I think the problem was in the step 1. If you click "Create Project" button you are creating a new project, not related to ABC project. You need to click on the ABC project link in the cloud console, and inside ABC project, activate billing, services for cloud storage and so on. Once you have activated the billing and services, in the left menu a new link to the Cloud Storage (or BigQuery) appears, and is related to the project ABC.
