I've noticed that other Google products are migrating away from support for
XMPP.
1) Google Voice dropping the integration with Google Talk / XMPP

2) The Google Chat widget being replaced with "Hangouts", at least for
newly created Gmail accounts.
( I don't have a reference, but create a new gmail account, and you'll
see it)
What does that mean for the future of XMPP support within AppEngine?
