Hi Ken,

Normally we suggest, to get the latest version, to use the downloads link. 
It's peculiar that this is happening. Just to be 100% sure everything was 
done the proper way (before I go and reproduce this to send it up), I 
assume you followed these instructions 
<https://developers.google.com/eclipse/docs/install-eclipse-4.4> (or 
something equivalent?) when installing your plugin?
