Igor, Sounds like the above is simply a proxy server, but if you're facing other situations where people are actually stealing your content, you may have legal remedies depending on the jurisdiction. In the US your content is protected under copyright law and you should be able to get people's attention with a "DMCA Takedown Notice" which can be submitted to the ISP of the offending party. The DMCA prescribes the process which the ISP must follow to investigate and handle your claim.
