Got 36 Project IDs in total, hopefully that's not too scary....

One more thing, besides refund (well actually re-adjust the balance by 
crediting is OK) , as this month's bill didn't come yet....

Could you confirm the problem is already fixed and no more new error 
charges will happen again this month and coming months?
