Ideally, performing local testing should never affect your production
environment. By limiting the local devserver access to a single test
bucket, it helps prevent potential harm to all of your Google Cloud Storage
buckets and objects. This test bucket should also be just that, a 'test'
bucket completely separate from the buckets being used in production.

If you find that you require additional access, you can open a feature
request <https://cloud.google.com/support/docs/issue-trackers>and provide
your business requirements for allowing the devserver to have access to all
of your Cloud Storage buckets at once.
