Which project do you feel affected by excessive billing? You may forward us the information via private mail, generated from the drop-down menu at the top right of the editing window. To clarify how your costs are calculated, you may have a look at the "Quotas" page <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/quotas> and the "App Engine Pricing" online document <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/pricing>.
