Hi Hossein, There is a likelihood that your DNS configuration is incomplete. You may double check the steps you have taken to map your custom domain <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/java/mapping-custom-domains>. If the issue still persists, I recommend to raise a PRIVATE issue report in the issue tracker <https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=491299&template=1161102> and provide us with your project number there, so that we would be able to dig into the issue.
