When I deploy to app engine flexible env I get the below warnings in red: Step #1: You are using pip version 10.0.1, however version 19.1.1 is available. Step #1: You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.
I am using python 3 on app engine flexible. Is is possible to use the latest version of pip when deploying.
