Actually we were just getting 403s again this morning in testing. But we
finally discovered the issue. Our Admin account ([email protected])
used for authentication in the API had become locked for some reason. The
odd thing is we were able to login to admin console on the web with that
account with no problems. It was only when we tried to change the password
that we received an "Account in locked" error. After unlocking with a
CAPTCHA, the password update program began working again. Any ideas why that
account would have become locked? It's never really used except for in the
API. Thanks for all the help!
