Hi Corey, Did you try updating the password using the API? You could get CAPTCHAs for a number of reasons, including for instance by requesting too many auth tokens in succession while using the API (is your code misbehaving?). I'm afraid it wouldn't be possible for us to figure out why exactly you got locked out, because we don't store account-related data with our team.
