I have some suggestions for changes to Provisioning API (and maybe others).
My suggestion is the ability to register events. For example, take a Google
Apps group - I want to know when a user is added or removed. Currently, I am
having to scan all members and detect the change which is time and resource
consuming. If I were able to register a URL with the API, which google
called when such an event occurred, then I could be alerted immediately, and
wouldn't need to scan thousands of members in thousands of groups every few
hours. The same thing could be applied to other things such as when a user
is created, suspended, deleted etc etc etc.

Not sure how feasible this is? What do others think?
