I have some suggestions for changes to Provisioning API (and maybe others). My suggestion is the ability to register events. For example, take a Google Apps group - I want to know when a user is added or removed. Currently, I am having to scan all members and detect the change which is time and resource consuming. If I were able to register a URL with the API, which google called when such an event occurred, then I could be alerted immediately, and wouldn't need to scan thousands of members in thousands of groups every few hours. The same thing could be applied to other things such as when a user is created, suspended, deleted etc etc etc. Not sure how feasible this is?
