Good afternoon. Last week, I used the Google Apps Provisioning API to add 4 accounts to my university's Google Apps for Education domain. The domain originally had 3 accounts. After I provisioned the accounts, the dashboard indicated that 7 users existed in our domain. However, when I visited the "Organization & users" tab, only 3 users were displayed. As a test, I waited a few minutes and attempted to create accounts using the 4 users' names. As I expected, the system would not create the additional accounts (since they apparently already existed).
A few days later, I logged in again, and all 7users were displayed on the "Organization & users" screen. How long does it take for newly created accounts to show up on the "Organization & users" screen? Does this vary according to server traffic and the number of accounts being provisioned at once? We have an application that will provision any number of accounts at once.
