Hello, As a follow-up, we checked the Licensing Notification Service[1] to confirm that the user/domain is ACTIVE, and it was! Which makes sense, and is what we expect given they just successfully completed the install to the Control Panel. Every indication in the Control Panel is also showing the service correctly installed.
However, when we make the call using the Customer Licensing Service[2] we still get INACTIVE / false for that user/domain.
