Depends on which interpretation approach you're using: Bold-first or Fear-first.

Firstly, the term states that "You may not store content from Base
within or through a Base API Implementation." Pretty solid, right?

But then it states that " You may not...store or use Content queried
from Base in a manner that permits use of the Content outside of
Google's services or Your Base API Implementation"

I'm taking the Bold-first approach. Personally I would never feel
Fear, Uncertainty or Doubt about storing information as long as it
would mean more relevant Google Base hits for the users, effectively
leading to a more lucrative business for both me and Google.
