You create a directory on your system where you want to put the code,  
let's call it c:\svn.test

then you right click on it, and use the svn-checkout menu command.

Copy http://google-gdata.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

into the dialog box.

 From then on, you can right click/ svn-update to get the latest  
versions.
