Update:

I've been testing the windows software from various locations (using
VPN) and it is now working in the US, France (where my server is
located, also now working fine) and the Netherlands - but not in the
UK.

Hopefully this is just a Glitch or a Gupgrade, but it would be nice to
have somewhere where developers can consult known maintenance issues
so we don't start tearing our hair out when everything suddenly stops
working, and to which we can refer our customers so they know that
Google is on the case!

Is everything back to normal for everyone else?
