We have tens of thousands of users that use our product to interface with 
your calendar service and we receive this error randomly from different 
accounts. I am some what surprised you are not getting any other reports of 
this issue. 
 
It happened with my account once today and I have users emailing me at about 
20 an hour (quite a headache) from different email accounts all over the 
world. Users report similar cases where they've been syncing calendar data 
for months/years and then recently they started seeing this issue sometimes 
four times in a row and then it goes away. 
 
Do you know what conditions would trigger a redirect response from the 
calendar service and/or triggers a "unavailable" response?
