Alain,

We cannot replicate the issue since it is random. It happened once for my
account and has not occurred since. I receive not about 20 records of this
error an hour from different user accounts out of a network of tens of
thousands of users. And as I mentioned before used have used our product for
years and many using older versions of our software and out of now where
they started seeming redirect / unavailable / stream is not readable errors.
The 405 errors somehow disappeared so I can only imagine something was
changed on your end, correct?

Do you have a way of stress testing or load testing our data centers? Do you
know what condition your webserver will cause a "unavailable" response.
Perhaps work backwards since we know for use the users are getting redirect
responses when making a query request to their calendar. Here is an example
of one such request..

Execution resulted in a redirect from
https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/<useraccout>@gmail.com/private/full?updated-min=2011-06-08T10:25:55Z&max-results=100&start-min=2010-06-08T00:00:00+02:00&start-max=2012-06-07T23:59:59+02:00&sortorder=ascending&gsessionid=E7vSA5tCV_lx-QTuIMb2-g<https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/[email protected]/private/full?updated-min=2011-06-08T10:25:55Z&max-results=100&start-min=2010-06-08T00:00:00+02:00&start-max=2012-06-07T23:59:59+02:00&sortorder=ascending&gsessionid=E7vSA5tCV_lx-QTuIMb2-g>

Perhaps write a small function that constantly queries the same Google
account calendar over and over again randomly every minute?

I should also note that we also sync with your contacts, documents and task
funtionality and this issue does not occur with those services. Also, this
issue occured our on nowhere so we are pretty sure this is not a client
issue. This issue also tends to occur while performing a query operation.

Hope this helps and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

dave.
