Hi Jules, We noticed exactly the same since last Monday around 14:00 EST. As in your case, we intend to discontinue it but in a few months. By now we put in place a kind of re-try policy (try, if fails wait X secs, try again, if fails wait X+n secs and so on).
By the way, what are you guys using to replace the the image charts API?
