Actually, yes, we tracked down the cause and fixed it a week ago. The 502 errors went 'slightly measureable' to 'unmeasureable' in our traffic graphs. So we assumed the problem was fixed for the time being.
Is your problem perfectly reproducible? Have you verified that it's only happening from that Australian IP block?
