Nope. It was just around the time I emailed that it happened from my hosts in that block. It sporadically happens from hosts in the US too. I just figured I'd provide you some IP addresses to potentially aide in your log searching :) I gather its a tiny fraction now but I still come across it quite frequently for some reason.
