I agree that the project pkrlv is very specific. It's hold HTML code for the site http://www.pkr.lv. This site only in Latvian and Russian language but all HTML code is open and if someone want to use this code for another languages - welcome. This site about poker and poker software, so in description for this project I have copy & paste some information about this software. But this is project for the site, not for program. I belive that this project folows to your rules. May be we just need to justify description for this project.
