The HTML code and content you've created yourself is not a problem
assuming you are releasing it under an Open Source license, which I
think you've acknowledged already.

The area that is a problem is the downloads you provide with your
project. Specifically, the file PKRInstall.exe and possibly some of
the PDF's.

These don't appear to be software you're developing and there is no
source code for them on the site. That would be a violation of our
terms of service. If the files were removed or released with source
code under one of our supported licenses, we could restore access to
the project.
