Yes, but you have not responded to my other points about the name used no where else throughout the code, documentation, or project website. They haven't claimed ownership of it. Anyhow, your comment about it being more likely to show up in searches does not make sense because most URLs are pretty non-descriptive about the contents of the documents they refer to and yet search engines find them no problem.
