I have trouble accessing and creating new issues for the synoptic project: http://code.google.com/p/synoptic/
Reloading the issues list sometimes works and sometimes hangs. The one issue that I was able to submit was rejected with Error 502 (Server Error): """ The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds.
