Well, there are many reasons, I guess, for disqualification.

Did you share your code with someone else who might have submitted it? Or
did someone get access to your code.
I remember, GCJ had disqualifications last year cause some codes were
matching almost exactly (except for some change in the names of variables) .

I also remember a case, where a person was using two ids and was
disqualified, though I am not sure what actually was the matter.
