I found the exact same problem. Tried to use BigInts (I'm pretty sure you had 
to and I've had to in previous years with the old upload system) and got the 
error. Gave up straight away though as I have no patience for the system the 
past two years.

Its great that 20 something languages are "supported" but do one of the 
following:
1. go back to the old system + be completely language agnostic
2. properly support those languages with getting started examples + libraries 
like BigInt (for the third question, I had to use "Console.SetIn(new 
StreamReader(Console.OpenStandardInput(8192)));" to be able to read in the 
longer lines of Integers over 254 characters, did anyone else have this 
problem? It would be great if things like this were in a C# getting started)
3. Force users to only use Python, Java and C++ in the new system so we don't 
waste our time.
