I wrote the Quicklaunch Gadget, although there are other Quicklaunch or shortcut panels around, because of the following reasons: - Having the possibility to add more than one directory with shortcuts - Having resizable icons - Put a small space between the icons - No need to install the gadget through a setup - No need to write a DLL for the gadget. The gadget is JavaScript utilizing automation with Shell.Application. Regards Arthur
