Very nice to see a Javascript-only Quicklaunch gadget. I never got around porting mine. Some feedback: - Could you add a message that tells the user what to do? When I saw the blank white space I didn't know if something was wrong or some interaction was required. - Dragging the gadget also isn't possible when there are no elements in the view. - The separation between "Add directory" and the options dialog was a bit confusing. I didn't realize there was a options dialog at first. - Removing all directories doesn't clear the gadget
