I have a gadget in development that requires semi-complex user preferences, so I want to let users specify preferences in a custom view. I want to take users to that view when they click Edit Settings.
This is similar to the Google News gadget, in which clicking Edit Settings takes you to an options tab instead of the standard Edit Settings view. How can I hook into or override what the gadget does for that click event? It must be possible since Google News does it!
