Interesting. I just discovered that for the first time ever Picasa3 DOES send mail with pictures attached via Thunderbird - I just sent one and received it. FYI I am using:- Picasa 3.0.0 Build 57.4402,0 for Linux Thunderbird version 2.0.0.18 (20081120) Mandriva 2009.0 KDE4
Under Option->email (in Picasa) I have "Use native client" checked. In Thunderbird I have the mail compose account set for plain text..
