I believe that with most distros that I have observed, the *normal*
push-button install would not provide a separate /opt or /tmp or /var.  I
*usually* achieve this with the "expert" install, or at least whatever is
provided besides the "push-button" opt  :^)

I don't recall any "push-button" install that included even a separate
/home partition.
