I've added GKeyboardHandler to a map but in order to initiate the handler, one needs to click on the map.
See an example I found http://www3.telus.net/DougHenderson/kbd_v2.html A click on the map initiates another event so I want the handler to just start listening when the page loads. I thought a focus on the map would work, but it appears not to.
