Ah, now I've caught up on the multiple thread (but why?!) You may want to point whoever codes your page to - http://econym.org.uk/gmap/Geo.htm and add some code to do something sensible if the geocoding fails (it always will, sooner or later) rather than show a map of Palo Alto
'Something sensible' could include checking other geocoders. Or you could add a facility so that whoever enters the site information in the first place is given an opportunity to mark it on the map themselves.
