It's a 'local' copy so the URL is different from the one you used to
register your key. The key is specific to the domain of the URL so it
is painfully obvious that it is not going to work for your copy on a
different URL domain. Register it for the copy domain as well and use
the workarounds described in the discussions in this group to apply
the proper key for the access domain.

All bets are off of course if you are trying to access the map through
an intranet (192.168.1.n or 10.10.1.n). For this you will need
downpayment on a Premium key.
