My understanding is that only the Google Maps API has restrictions against use in paid web sites. That restriction does not apply to embedded links to Google Maps itself or to the My Maps area of Google Maps.
So if SWriverstone restricts the web site to those areas, without employing the API or benefiting from its functionality, I think that would be acceptable.
