You should explain why he cannot use it. Data loaded with GGeoXml is 
uploaded by Googles servers (atleast once
and so has to be accessible via the web in order for it to work) it is 
then encoded and cached in a json format
subsequent requests for viewing the url of that data is responded to by 
downloading the json from googles servers.
