Yes. It expects a standard KML file like:
http://polylibs.googlepages.com/st26_ff0000.kml
not a GML file.
I believe the "elevation" component is required. The expected order
is (Longitude,Latitude,Elevation) separated by commas. It uses the
same parser used by GGeoXml to convert to JSON.
