I finally got to manage both instances by using "ge1.whatever command"
and "ge2.whatever command" for each one, i.e.:
ge1.getOptions().setFlyToSpeed(0.6);
la1 = ge1.createLookAt('');
la1.set(lat,lng,0,ge.ALTITUDE_RELATIVE_TO_GROUND,head,tilt,range);
ge1.getView().setAbstractView(la1);
