It's *your* levels string:
var polyline = GPolyline.fromEncoded({color: 'Red',weight: 4,opacity:
0.6,points: *strEncod*,levels: 'PMP',numLevels: 18,zoomFactor: 1});
It means you have only three points in your line, which means it's
hardly worth encoding at all.
