Ok, I understand. I'm not limiting the solution to the GDirections
object (sorry for my first question because it looks like that).

About map maker: when you go to http://www.google.com/mapmaker and
search for a specific bank, you can see this in the results:

Banco Popular
Miraflores, Santo Domingo, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Category: Bank
---------------------------------------------

There is a "Category" named "Bank", and when you click the listing you
can see "Bank" below the name of the bank "Banco Popular" in the
bubble of the marker.

This search is not made in the localsearch control, it's a normal
search, so I would like to do that in my application.
