Ok, I check all the servers listed in the js file (http://
maps.google.com/maps?
file=api&v=2&sensor=false&key=<myapikey>) and I can access
all of them, none are blocked.

One thing I did notice, however, is an invalid URL in several places
the javascript: http://gt%1$d.google.com

Maybe this is causing problems?
