Well, what I don't understand is I've just found the following website which seems to have the exact functionality I am looking for, and I could only imagine (as it then feeds into a google map) that this is a web service of sorts!?

Why is the license so expensive just to be able to provide driving distances between 2 post codes when I can use the service myself on the google web site for free?
