Hi,
 Mainly because the details for each Hotel are maintained by a member of staff 
from that hotel, often with very little IT savvy so finding out the lat/long of 
their hotel is beyond them! Using the address means they don't have to think 
about it, it just works. So far this is the only one I've encountered that 
doesn't work, if I do encounter any others I can switch to the lat/long for 
those too.
