Yep I agree with Rossko. Your firewall must have redirected your page
and google thinks it's a different domain. As a Google Maps key is
bound to one unique URL, google might think that you are trying to use
the same key for a different URL.

You have 2 options either reconfigure the firewall and add an
exceptions allong with the proxy redirections or call google saying
that you want to reuse the key for the new URL.
